"The valet and the hotel check-in attendant were efficient and pleasant. We were given water and macaroons upon arrival. A luggage attendant delivered our bags to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The property is a bit older as some of the paint around the windows was cracked in addition to the closet and bathroom doors. Overall, I had an excellent stay and the staff as well as the decor made up for any property deficiencies. "
