However elevators were broken during our stay which hindered our experience - when we were trying to checkout, the whole process took 1.5 hours longer than normal bc we had to walk up and down 40 flights of stairs. Signage / notice of the broken elevators and what was being done to address it were minimal, leading to a lot of confused and frustrated tenants aside from ourselves. "

What wasn't great is some of the outdated features, small elevator, not great breakfast, and the heat was not working.
