"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"The property itself its alresdy amazing. We can enter the onsen next to the village by the cupin received during check in. In raunybdays we can easily go to supermarket and buy food to cook for the whole day!! When its sunny day, Mt Fuji view is stunning!! We love the balcony and enjoyed sun bath for dlfew days!!"

"The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. "We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. My compliments to all the staff , management and owner. EXCELLENT!!!!!"

The cottages were extremely clean and cozy, with a small soaking tub right outside of the bathroom. "My daughter loves the bunk beds. But it is by the road and quiet noisy and no curtain for the window, lack of privacy."

"The hotel is extremely spacious, super clean and has all the household needs. More importantly, the owner couple is very nice! We asked them to call for the taxi, they drove us to where we needed instead for free! You can see the Mt. Fuji from the upper balcony very clearly! Would recommend everyone to come to this hotel!"

"Staff was super lovely upon check in. Please be advised they may need your booking confirmation number if you booked through Expedia or another third party. We got a room with a Mt.Fuji view and it was absolutely one of my favorite parts of my entire trip to Japan. For this price, I can’t recommend HaoStay enough. It is also short walk from Kawaguchiko station & a short walking distance from some restaurants & a convenience store. 10/10!"
