"Modern hotel, comfortable rooms with extremely helpful front desk staff. They helped us with taxis, directions, and other recommendations. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from one of the pedestrian bridges to enter the mall. There is a small store downstairs for snacks and toiletries, coffee and pastries. TGIFridays is downstairs and good to sit outside at bar in evening, but the breakfast there is not worth the time or money. I would recommend and stay there again. "

"Reasonable for a one night stay. Staff was helpful. Rooms are somewhat small, and smell a bit. We arrived late after midnight and the Room wasn't ready. We had to wait for a while until the room is ready. I didn't like the idea of that extensive ID verification for every one staying, but it seems a common thing among hotels in the region."
