"We enjoyed our short stay at Shangri La. We upgraded our room to also enjoy the 41st floor lounge. The room was fantastic- large and comfortable and with a beautiful view. The service at the lounge was fantastic and we enjoyed the facilities. The view from the pool is great and the location is close to everything (although prone to traffic). Cons: the breakfast setting was very crowded and less pleasant (the food was good). The service at the pool bar was mediocre. The hotel is recommended overall."

"Something for everyone. Every single member of staff was very helpful and easy to chat to. Thoroughly enjoyed the dining experiences and the various attractions, especially the water park. I think I was the only 70 year old on the day to complete all body slides"
