“The hotel is stunningly beautiful, clean and accommodating. The main issue was food and beverage service. The staff had no clue on how to wait on tables, present menus, serve beverage or food. We waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks only to be brought one, told two weren’t available and had to wait again for the last. It was disappointing at best. Food was good but they need training in their restaurants! ”

“I really enjoyed my stay here at Rosalie Bay. Their grounds are beautiful although they could maintain landscape a bit better say the labyrinth and along ocean. The biggest disappointment is the room which was dull and dreary lacking the Caribbean vibe, window did not open which really forced me to use A/C”

“Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. Two days prior to arrival, I was sent an email form w/ one of the questions asking when we'd be arriving. I selected the noon-2pm...

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Pagua Bay House. The property is close to the airport and has convenient parking. The room was clean, the bed was soft, the shower was huge, the pool was refreshing and everything sits on a beautiful cliff overlooking the ocean. The onsite restaurant and bar had great food and drinks as well. We will return for sure. Highly recommend!!”
