The food on the property was fantastic, and I loved how close it was to exciting places like Siam Park, Jungle Park, and the beach. "This is our 5th stay at the Santa Barbara and the first time we've been uncomfortable around the pool! We planned a relaxing week sunning ourselves around the pool as usual, however, the amount of children/toddlers running around the main pool was unbearable. Screaming children, balls thrown around the pool aswell as ball games in the pool was nothing wed experienced here on our previous stays. Children should be in the childrens pool not the main pool where people are trying to relax."

"Very good experience, was an extremely cheap deal. Location: location is good but a little far from things, but taxis are cheap and public transport available and also cheap. "We had a nice holiday. The apartment was clean. The staff was nice. Remote location but if you have a rental car the location is not a problem. The adult pool was nice and heated. The children liked the water slides even though the water was a bit cool."

"Grouting in bathroom for floor tiles looks dirty and tiles need polishing? Not the cleaners fault they were all friendly and efficient.itv channels not usually available on TV for some reason we could get itv1! When we arrived not a very warm greeting. "The stay was fine but grupotel charged us more than what was agreed. I had booked the stay through hotels.com for a fixed amount and the hotel chared us ten percent higher. When we reached out to Grupotel, they said talk to Hotels.com, while Hotels.com says you need to talk to grupotel. Now they are saying that the extra charges are forex charges. The currency has not fluctuated and who charges tehn percent as forex charges. Hotels.com rates are not trustworthy. "

"Super hotel for our week long stay. Great rooms with the most amazing balconies and views. We were in 806. Pool very nice and quiet, no fighting for sunbeds. Ate dinner twice and breakfast once and used pool snack bar as well. Staff were all exceptional and food great value and highly recommended. "Great view, modern and spacious room and great pool area. Hotel overall was really nice and close to the beach and supermarket. You can easily walk along the beach promenade to Maspalomas. We traveled with our baby and the hotel is super family friendly as well. Would Come here again :) "
