"We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas....

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were excellent and the services were professional. However, the property was a little tired. The glass panel that separated the shower room and the toilet seat was too small/narrow. It's impossible not to have water spilled (overflowing) onto the bathroom floor. Parking was easy. Its only a 5 min drive away to the Port Douglas town centre."

"This is a lovely resort but it’s tired and it has been very trafficked the rooms need an upgrade or even a paint furniture is groty and needs replacing and everything felt low exspecially the bathroom and toilet and couch was really low and uncomfortable the bedroom mattress needs to be replaced Customer service from staff was fantastic exspecially in the morning for breakfast the manager was lovely and onto every need you needed however the Day spa manager needs some customer service training...

"A wonderful hotel. More like a studio apartment. Very clean modern everything you could want. Including the ability to get ice. There’s a pool for swimming a patio outside your door to sit and enjoy your morning coffee highly recommend this motel has laundry facilities nice room. I would go back again and wish I could’ve stayed longer. "
