"The hotel staff was good. The people are pleasant. The room was less comfortable. The mattress was terrible and was not comfortable at all. I left the hotel with back and muscles aching. The air conditioning was central without the possibility to control it, though the electronic display reacted to the changes, not the air conditioning. it was freezing in the room. "

I approached the front desk manager and I showed him my confirmation e-mail which proves that my booking is for a double room with breakfast for TWO. "Our room was dirty and full of bugs. After our complain they changed our room and upgraded for free. second room was really nice, it was facing the sea. However, in general the rooms are old. Also the food is really really bad, nothing was fresh and nothing was tasty. On the other hand, the location and th ebeach of the Hotel is great. Also the stuff was really nice."

"Disappointing stay at the Dahab Resort. The pictures looked amazing but in reality the resort has fallen into disrepair. 3 of the pools are empty with the pool walls crumbling. The staff are extremely helpful and kind."
