"The hotel was amazingly beautiful. We woke up to views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashi. The check in process was fairly easy with the tablet in room. Just make sure you receive the check in process the day before. I did not but made sure to email the property based on the reviews I read and they sent it to me to pre-register. It was a nice welcome with the cold drinks, snacks and sweet treat. We weren't sure about some items in the room but were able to communicate with staff via the tablet to sort...
