“Beautiful property. Only concern was room was not ready when we arrived- we were 20 min before check in and told to enjoy pool area and room would be ready at 4. By 4:30 they had not called us as they said they would so I went front desk- room was still not ready - so they have us one that was ready but it was a downgrade and no refund was offered because we booked through Expedia. Would stay again though. ”

“Loved the Hilton property, its location, easy access to the beach and its amenities. Property was clean and the rooms were great. Front Desk staff was not friendly and seemed rushed to dismiss us since our room was not ready at the time of check in, which is fine. They forgot to call us and tell us when it was ready. ”
