I didn't like the check in process, it was a long wait just to check in(I understand it was spring break which tends to be extra busy in Florida, but I feel like it could be more streamlined, felt underwhelmed compared to check in process at Disney hotels). "The concierge, Charlie, is so pleasant and helpful! She helped us with the free bikes and recommended great places to eat. The pool area and restaurant are beautiful. Staff is so kind and food is delicious. I went for a week in February with my husband, and then back again with my daughter in March. Will definitely return soon! "
