"The room was exactly as advertised and what we expect from a boutique Key West hotel but the grounds with the array of plants were absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed the Sun Deck and the available bikes for rent as well. We will be back."

"I really enjoyed my stay! The property offers breakfast every morning, which was a great start to the day. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to South Beach. I didn’t need to use Uber or Lyft until it was time to leave. Every staff member I interacted with was accommodating and welcoming, providing exceptional customer service—except for one, who unfortunately matched the description of the rude staff member mentioned in several other reviews....
