"We arrived early and were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. Service was excellent. At first, the Ac in the room was not working, and they sent a technician right away to fixed the issue. The rooms are a little outdated but the excellent service of the staff more than makes up for it. "

"This was our first time staying at an all inclusive in Mexico and it was amazing! The food and beach was amazing! Our bartenders were absolutely lovely. The only thing we would have liked was there to be more then 1 pool for adults as it was always very busy"

"I can't say enough good things about the Royalton Chic! Beautiful gorgeous property! Customer service was A1, top tier, everyone was super friendly, helpful, welcoming, happy! The room was cleaned daily but some touchups do need to be done to the room - all minor things like chipped paint. It was my birthday and they suprised me with a champagne, balloons and a huge birthday cake, enough for 8 people. The gentlemen in one of the restaurants also sang happy birthday as well. Breakfast, dinner, lunch options were also, coffee, tea, onsite. All of the activities were well though out, there was something to do every day and night. Just awesome! My husband and I will definitely be back! "
