"We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year"

"The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "

"We were a family of four staying in a bungalow at the camping location but we also used the main hotel up on the hill and both properties were great. The bungalow was pretty basic but had what we needed and we could walk to the restaurant and sports stuff. The restaurant at the camping location was really great with fast service and delicious vegetarian options. The view at the hotel on the hill is fantastic. Service was great. We will def return "

"this is not your average place to stay. Off the beaten track at the top of a very old village. Once booked in time to take a deep breath and enjoy the scenery and the house dog and cat. This is a rustic house so don't expect perfection and enjoy the experience. The host cooked a delicious 3 course dinner for us with wine costing 20 euros each and there was a fully stocked bar charged at very reasonable rates. "Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well. "

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold plunge were very pleasant after skiing. Would stay here again. Offered indoor (very tight) parking if needed. Narrowly managed a Mazda CX30. Don’t know how a bigger car can make it! Only thing I wish I knew was that Andorra has major elevation changes in just a short distance. The hotel is at about 6600 feet and you need chains or socks for your wheels if you want to make it during any snow. Great place to stay and we were very happy here. Elena and Darturo (I think… sorry if I got that wrong) were great help. "
