"Hotel is in excellent condition and have great rooms. However, we were not satisfied with the overall service level at the Hotel. First we were not able to get a table in the main restaurant for dinner despite attempting to book several days in advance, this meant we were stuck with the buffet/ala carte option in the other restaurant. "Fantastic level of service across the board from desk, dining and ski room. Great location for access to skiing. A rethink of the downstairs area would free up more space for a bar area - quite a lot of the downstairs space wasn't used much, if at all, by guests."

"We stayed in Pamplona during San Fermin. This hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the city center, so it was a nice quiet place in contrast to the crazy festival. The hotel gave us red scarfs for the festival, so we didn't have to buy our own which was a neat bonus. We didn't do the buffet breakfast at the hotel, but the cafe they have is really nice and serves great food and coffee. We highly recommend it. Staff were helpful and there was a laundromat nearby which was super. "

"Great last minute place to stay for San Fermin. Bus stop right out front was able to take us to city center. Only downfall is it’s pretty far from restaurants and eateries but overall property was clean, decent gym, and very friendly hosts. "

"Wonderful location in the mountains within easy walk to town. Very close and easy drive for a day trip to Andora. Beautiful pool and wonderful steam room to enjoy after a day out touring . Staff couldn’t have been nicer or accommodating . Breakfast was excellent."
