"This is a beautiful hotel on its own island. The rooms and bathrooms were an A-plus. The breakfast buffet was delicious with something for everyone. We planned a cruise to the Bay of Wonders, which we booked through the hotel, and is an absolute must see. My only negative comment is that the steamroom and sauna for men wasn’t working."

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. "There was no front entrance. After going through a door, we arrived at a completely dark lobby. We could not check in because there were no one there, no hotel staff and not even a single guest. We waited around for almost half an hour and shouted loudly to attract attention. No responses. We were scared and fortunate enough to call a Grab driver in the middle of nowhere."
