"Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel which is in quiet side streets just off a couple of main roads in the old quarter lined with heaps of shopping and eating options. Room was spacious by Hanoi standards, clean and well appointed – great for families with younger children. Treated each morning with a nice (but small) buffet breakfast at the main hotel, that provided a decent selection of Asian and Western options. Highlight of the stay were the fantastic staff, especially Anna who provided friendly, efficient and overall excellent service whilst assisting us with many enquiries and booking requests – such as a Ha Long Bay cruise.
