"The hotel needs to be upgraded. Some floors smell of smoke. The breakfast should have more options. The hotel is close to the Kansai airport which is nice. That is the only benefit. I would not stay here again. "

"Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets.
