"The staff was friendly enough, but for a place this massive—where getting lost is practically a built-in feature—there just aren’t enough of them. I guess the casino floor gets all the love while the front desk is left to fend for itself. The room? Sure, the decor is trying its best to be modern, but the bones are old and need some TLC. A square fell off the wall, and I thought, “Oh, a door stopper?” Nope—just a straight-up hole in the wall. The carpet had burn marks, which was a surprise...

"We experienced a couple of issues… TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work and there were a couple days where there wasn’t hot water. The staff we ran into we very nice. "

"The only thing that really annoyed me is the very long check in lines...even at the express check in self service....they had 4 stations, 2 broke down. Then they have 6 empty concierge stations with only 2 employees working during the busiest time. Btw.... ALWAYS AUTOMATIC CHECKOUT @11AM. No need to stay on the long checkout lines. You're welcome"

"Great hotel staff member. The front staff person was great and very helpful! He advised me when our morning breakfast (which was excellent) will be served and provide me with a parking pass for my car to park behind the hotel. Overall a clean room and a nice experience. Walkable within 5 mins to hard rock casino nearby. "
