Upon arrival the lobby was extremely busy and loud. No one was available to ask questions and check in was chaotic. Lines were extremely long. Upon speaking with receptionist, she informed me if I wanted to check in 30 minutes early I would have to pay $50. The room was big and bed was comfortable. The bathroom vanity was covered in rust. Usually room has coffee/tea/creamer/sugar. There was only coffee available. Trying to get into the Pool Party was also chaotic. Dress codes were not being adhered to and trying to get tickets via a QR code was unsuccessful.

We were in a non-smoking tower, but yet we smelt marijuana in the middle of the night. Woke me up at sleep 3 AM quite strong coming through the vents. Also try to get somebody on the phone for guest services or bell services and housekeeping took a long time.

I did not like that Harrah's added over $100 in fees at check out. You also dont check out with an actual person so you can't challenge the fees. These fees, if unavoidable like parking, should be included in the upfront cost. It's too bad. It was disappointing enough to overshadow all the positives and make it so we do not want to return.

I rated my stay at Harrah’s very poor. It’s overpriced for such a terrible hotel. The elevators kept stopping and going down (mind you I was on the 17th floor) so it was very annoying to be on a crowded elevator for quite sometime all to finally take the stairs from the 10th floor. The shower/ water pressure was outdated and had very very low water pressure. The food options should be better. The wait to check in and check out was ridiculous. My go to hotel is The Hard Hotel And Casino and after staying there most times I REALLY seen a difference all around from the price to the entire atmosphere and crowd.

The property looks brand new! Food prices were reasonable compared to Las Vegas. My only complaint is that I had to pay $20 for a 1 hour late checkout (12pm) when there was barely anybody in the resort.

It was ok. We were there for a volleyball tournament. There was a guys and girls tournament and a cheer competition so the lines for everything were overwhelming. The staff kept their spirits high and i think they all did a good job. Hotel/casino was atill smokey.

The hotel was great but the room I got had a tub and a shower but the water in the tub was completely brown I was unable to use the bath that’s the only thing about my trip that bothered me other then that I had a great time.. they should of gave me a discount or something I called to report it they said they was sending someone up, no one ever came up tho
