"I had a room on the second floor facing towards the main road outside. The sliding doors /windows were broken so wouldn't close properly. Road noise, people talking in the entry area and local tuk-tuk drivers made a significant noise. Would only stay here again if I had a rear facing room. The breakfast buffet, bar, swimming pool and gym were all excellent. Quite limited tourist information from hotel staff but they were as helpful as they could be."

"The staff were fantastic, helpful and very personable. The facilities were beautiful, including pool, restaurant, spa and room. Smaller property made for a relaxing stay. Used their airport pick up and drop off and temple tours with air-conditioned car and English speaking guide which were worth the convenience and learned alot from guide. Overall a wonderful stay."

"Loved the staff and the property. Breakfast and dinner options were good. The rooftop deck, billiard table, table tennis - all adds to the comfort One request - the blue and white neon lights at certain places of the property was jarring to the eyes and should be replaced"

"I am a hardcore traveler. Been all over the world and Jaya House River Park is the best yet. The owner has thought of everything from providing non-plastic refillable water bottles to complimentary tuk tuks and laundry service. I wish more US hotels operated like Jaya House."

"Great location, close to the old market, river and shopping but yet pretty quiet. Exceptional service, lots of amenities including a great spa. Authentic Cambodian breakfast buffet with just enough of all the right things. We appreciated the hotel serving Nom Banh Chok, one of the national noodles dishes. All around a wonderful stay. "
