"Saw many reviews about the locatilon being 'right on the subway' but the subway entrance right on the street is into the maze that is the Osaka station, and still a 5-10 min walk underground to get to your platform. We got lost so many times trying to come back out that entrace at the end of the day LOL. An good spot in Osaka, on a side street. Need to take an elevator up and It can get crowded with large families checking in or out with tons of luggage. Staff spoke English and was nice and...

"The hotel is in the offices buildings area, near metro stations, there are also many restaurants and conviennent stores, you could buy coffee or muffins very late night, if you come to Osaka in evening."
