"We chose a room with a view which was very nice. There was aircon in the room, which is necessary because it is very hot inside the building. Wonderful bathroom with rainfall showerhead, well stocked. Room was not very spacious, but we had a kettle and a small bar fridge with a very nice closet for our clothes and stuff. Walking from downtown to the apartments take around 5 to 10 minutes, it is uphill but easily manageable. Breakfast is good but not excellent. We had to leave early on out last...

"The room was awesome. View to the center of Split. They gave me an upgrade as soon I got there. Clean, beautiful room with everything you need for a great stay. Ivana was great, she gave me advise on food, and places to visit. She even gave me some chocolates from Split. I truly recommend this hotel. "

"Modernised hotel with lift within the palace, close to the main square. We, like some other guests, had difficulty finding it. Excellent buffet breakfast. We liked the lifesized horse lamp in the entrance hall!"

"I loved how close we were to the main areas yet we felt far away. The place felt as if it were our own home. Loved our number 5 apartment as it had beautiful views. It is a few stairs up so not the easiest of the rooms but well worth it in my opinion. Fully stocked and very spacious and clean."

"Comfortable and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood in a good location near to the historic old centre. Easy self check-in with friendly and helpful host. The view was not very good though - just facing other blocks of flats. Also, only a minor thing but only 2 green tea sachets were provided. Would have been nice to have more choice such as coffee, regular tea and sugars too. "
