"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Crystal VAYA, the hotel was lovely. However, at the dinner services we were shocked that we were charged €4.50 for every 750 ml bottle of tap water! To add insult to injury the dining room had a cold water tap that was switched off for the evening service forcing the overpriced tap water to be the only option for guests. Completely unacceptable particularly when already being charged a lot of money for half board. "

"I booked this hotel at the last moment without knowing much about the area, other than I was going Obergurgl to ski. I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by Rebekka who walked me through all of the hotel amenities while serving me a welcome beverage. She handled every detail of my stay, including arranging my four day ski pass. On the first night we thought that the house wine was included as menu had no price.
