"We stayed here for 4 nights and our stay was great. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful and greeted us every time with a smile and hello as we were on the same floor. The staff at breakfast and at the bar were also friendly and welcoming. Our room was great with a balcony over looking the pool. The spa treatments were great and value for money was amazing. "What a great hotel and exceptional staff! Everything was clean and new due to some recent remodeling. Our room was perfect with a loaded kitchenette. The only negative I would say is the small bathroom sink with disproportionately large faucet that made it difficult to wash your face or lean into the sink. Everything is within walking distance as well."

"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

"3HB hotel in Faro is excellent. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, cleaning, restaurants, spa, etc.) are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large, nice and super clean. The spa is great. The restaurants are also very good. The weather was not so good during my stay in January but the hotel made it very pleasant. I will definitively choose 3HB Faro next time I visit Algarve."

"General facilities very good - certain areas need a bit of an uplift. The loungers in the Spa are annoying - the cushions keep sliding off!"

"The property offers a great central location close to beaches, shopping and all within a walking distance. The breakfast is excellent with great service. Staff very courteous and helpful. Nice Ocean views from room to view a Sunrise or sunset depending on which side you are at."
