“3HB hotel in Faro is excellent. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, cleaning, restaurants, spa, etc.) are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large, nice and super clean. The spa is great. The restaurants are also very good. The weather was not so good during my stay in January but the hotel made it very pleasant. I will definitively choose 3HB Faro next time I visit Algarve.”

“It was nice hotel with great view. but it was hard to connect to reception desk from the room so i had to come down to the reception to ask what i want. and also reception desk staffs don't really know about what kind of program they have and told me to ask the spa staff. and also if you don't like to be disturbed, you have to put your sign on your door, otherwise they would knock your door several times during the day. i am not sure whether it is culture in portugal, but i was startled when...

“Experience here was excellent as always. Service is second to none, hotel is beautiful and clean. Breakfast is brilliant. The only slight downside this time was that the air con is centrally controlled so had to keep the doors of the room open at night which then meant extra noise etc. but really a minor comment. Will be back again!”
