"Nice hotel. Good location. Clean but shower was a little grimey at the bottom. Oddly when I asked for help with bringing my luggage down to the lobby they said no - very odd and unhelpful. Staff speak broken English - it could be better. To avoid waste they keep toiletries in the lobby which I liked. "

"We stayed here at both ends of our trip. Staff was very helpful and had our luggage waiting in our room for us when we arrived. We had the 4 single beds, which worked for us. We booked it for the convenience to the train station so we could use our JR train passes. It allowed us to get 4 beds in one room. The beds are a little smaller than our traditional twin size beds. This did not have a microwave, but we knew that when booking. It was convenient to a major shopping center about 1 block...

"We mostly needed a clean and safe place to sleep at the end of a long day shopping or sight seeing in tokyo. This hotel did the job! Small rooms, with slightly hard mattresses, but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very kind. Ideal for a couple or single."
