"The staff was top notch. I’ve never had better service anywhere else. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Highly recommend and will stay here again next year when we come back. "

"It was good for a short stay. Very close to the beach and places to eat. Only thing is the room and pool were way smaller than looked in the pictures (luxury studio suite). "

"For the money this place is hard to beat. The room was small but had the essentials. AC worked great and that helped immensely in such a humid beach area. It's close to the beach and plenty of dining options."

"Jonathan and I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Staffs are nice and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the fishcake noodle soup at their restaurant for breakfast. We will come back if we visit Hoi An again."

"Florence was a lovely stay. The breakfast buffet had variety. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lotte mart is right next door for shopping."

"The staff were the best part of the hotel from Tyson at breakfast with tips & hints, Chris overall with help in many areas & finally Nam who was very considerate the day of arrival after a bad day travelling to the hotel. Noise was bit of an issue but Chris was understanding & considerate resolving the problem."
