"I had no issues staying at this hotel; for 9nights I had nothing but peace and quiet.. My room was a bit small but it was very comfortable, talk about the bed I must say my sleep was very restful.. staff were very helpful and attentive. The only upgrade I recommend is maybe a restaurant for dinner, had to explore the city for food. I highly recommend this hotel also I would repeat my stay at Pianoforte. The price is right.."

The breakfast was very good and staff obtained special items for my dietary needs. Staff anticipated needs very well and provided good suggestions for the area and transportation. We used the private transfer set up by hotel and had a great ride. The three person room was spacious enough for me, my husband and my sister. "
