"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rio Arga. The front desk ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a little hard to get to but the location is worth it. Just follow the written instructions they send. Have them translated before leaving. GPS does help in this situation. The hotel is an older building and provides the basic needs. Our room had a frig but no kettle, which was fine. The Juliet balcony was nice to look out and see the quaint streets of Zaragoza. The bathroom was nice....

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 6 people. It would have been nice to have a privacy curtain on each bed. Also we had to move one of the bunks to retrieve something that had fallen behind the bed and it was very dirty. Obviously they never clean between the beds and walls. The elevator worked about 50% of the time. Staff was helpful in making sure I could use it. The location was great. In Old town, very close to the tram and market. Very walkable area."

"It is a very nice glamping site when you stay in their bungalow. There is AC, dishwasher, cooktop, shower and bathroom, kitchen with utensils in a clean campground. "

"Great location, nice design apart from the woman hanging over the bed. Free coffee and friendly check in. Noisy nightlife just below, but we knew that. Internal soundproofing could also be better. Mind you - public overnight parking in Bilbao is €21"

"Excellent for Camino walkers. We stayed in a private double which was a floor above the dorms. It was very quiet and luxurious. We shared the bathroom with two other rooms though we never saw the people. Check in was super friendly and informative which we appreciated. There is a fabulous communal space and kitchen which is fully equipped and has a complimentary coffee machine. There was also free breakfast of cereals and toast which started at 6am.
