“I had actually made the wrong night reservation. I booked for Sunday somehow and I really wanted Saturday showed up on Saturday and the manager quickly change the appointment over. Didn’t have to pay any extra money. They were super nice. The property there is amazing. It’s like the entire downtown, Meredith basically. Definitely a cool spot. Would recommend to anyone any time of the year it’s beautiful ”

“I stay here when I’m in the area. It’s safe , quiet and there is usually parking close to the room. The rooms are clean. This stay I forget an item in the room after check out. When I called the front desk the woman that answered the phone was rude and offered to connect me to housekeeping to see if the item was found. It took 3 calls to the front desk to be connected. At the end the housekeeper was kind and found the item. I would stay here again just avoiding the front desk woman. ”

“We had a great one night stay at the Summit. It was helpful to know from other reviews that there was no dining on the property. The pool area has a limited number of tables which are assigned when you check in which is helpful in keeping the space from being crowded. The staff was very friendly and happy to assist with our broken TV remote. “Is it fancy? No, it’s not. But it’s charming and much less expensive than the chain hotels in the area. Our room was clean, had a queen bed, microwave & fridge, AC, fan, thermostat for heat, cable tv, dresser, night stand, and a small table & 2 chairs. The standard hotel stuff was there, too - instant coffee & tea, toiletries & hair dryer in the bathroom. Front desk staff gave directions for local sites of interest.
