This place was just 5 minutes away from downtown Dunedin. It was 12 minutes away from my sister too

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, and bathroom is tiny; not enough room for toiletries. BUT, check-in was great and people were very friendly. Marker 8 on site was a nice place to have a few apps/drinks with a great view.

Beachfront. Older faculty in very good condition. Nice pools on ocean side. Bar/grill not affiliated. Staff at restaurant and hotel very nice.

I loved the ocean front room! And also a king size bed they let me stay an extra night and were very accommodating. It is a wonderful place to stay!

Its a reasonable price to have a studio apartment with a balcony. I loved the remote to be able to control the thermostat from bed. It was so nice and peaceful, i didnt want to leave.

Elevators were at the other end of the property. Lots of zig-zagging around the balcony to get to room. Ice machine all the way Check in at 4 p.m. and Check out at 10 a.m. Not much time to relax by the pool or hot tub. Staff was friendly. on other side of property.

Stayed three nights in early January and so the weather was cooler. We were called on the day of our checkin which was nice. Very friendly and detailed our check in and what to do if we arrived late. Check in was easy. Our place was clean and what we expected. Bed was king and pretty comfy. My mistake as I thought there were only two towels for our stay but found two more in the cabinet above the toilet. But they did deliver two more when I asked about the number. Tiki bar was a like a better dive bar. View is amazing. Sunset shots are fun and all bartenders were friendly. I see that another review on the food said that everything is served in styrofoam containers and this is still true. So the response that they weren’t able to get more environmental friendly containers doesn’t ring true. The second night it was chilly in the bar and the bartender said she couldn’t turn on the heaters without management approval. So we left and went elsewhere. The third night we came back for a couple final beverages after dinner and it was close due to cold weather. So that was a disappointment. Due to weather we didn’t use the pool or any other amenities but we’re still charged for the resort fees. Didn’t seem fair. On the positive side - great sunsets. Good location. Nice people.

Property a bit 'dated' but clean and comfortable. Great sunset views from the patio dining tables as well as the Pools and Jacuzzi wonderful for relaxing right on the waterfront. Def booking another stay there next time in the area...great value!

Enjoyed our week at Beso Del Sol. The sunset view, pool and hot tub, onsite bar and restaurant, room and location made for a great pre holiday getaway.

We had a water view room with a front row seat to the best sunsets on Florida's West coast. It was only a few minutes from downtown Dunedin, which is our favorite town in FL. The only blemish was the intermittent Internet Wi-Fi. We'll definitely stay there again!

The property was clean and location was nice, can't beat being on the water. The check in process could use some tweaking and communication back from the property would've been nice rather than me having to do the follow up. Leaving the room key cards in an envelope, In a basket at the front of the property with the door wide open doesn't seem safe. The hot water for our shower was turned off for some reason, not a good start to your day. I did however find the hot water valve under the kitchen sink to turn it on, so the second shower was nice. Not bashing the property at all just could use some work.
