They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. “This is such a great, cosy place with wonderful, friendly staff. We ended up here at the last minute due to other lodging falling through, and they were super accomodating, getting us checked in early. The rooms are a good size with charming wood-trunk & plank furniture, and the bathrooms are super modern and up to date. The rooms have lovely views of the water (we started in one and shifted to the bigger room on our 2nd night). The breakfast was robust and they serve dinner if you don't...

“The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. ”
