“Spacious room but needed new furniture and a proper clean. Basically we’re all clean bed, shower, toilet but corners of room were dirty, dust behind chairs, skirting boards needed cleaning. Chair at dressing table was also filthy and covered in stains - looked like someone had spilled multiple drinks on it and then chocolate on the back of the chair. ”

“Great location(1mt from cardiff central station, 5-10mts from city centre), great service, well-managed room condition, absoulutely recommend. ”

“location is great - you can walk to the city centre within 10 min, and safe walk around(student accommodation is right in front of the hotel). Co-op is also across the street, taking 1 min from the hotel as well. Cleaning chemical smells very strong(or whitening chemical, I am not sure) in the room, had to open the window for an hour after check-in. You'd better book your parking spot after downloading the app (better call the hotel front first) if you bring your car, otherwise you should park...
