“Excellent stay.We were for a spa and evening meal and decided to book to stay. It was perfect .The checkin staff were friendly our room was outstanding. The staff in the spa could not do enough for us.Caitlin did my treatment and it was the best I ever had. Our offer included evening meal which was outstanding. We will be back ”

Bar area and lounge very well kept and relaxing and drinks reasonably priced. great transport links into Cardiff and the island. Good accomodation for pricing. my only issue is i paid half to secure my booking and was supposed to balance on arrival but automatically took pull payment so had to ring to get refunded which takes 2 days. This seems to be a common complaint so needs resolving or...
