“Everything was good ”

“We arriving early at 10:30 AM on a Sunday because we had to change our flight to avoid delays due to storms. The staff was slammed with people getting off cruise ships and staying the night to catch a flight the next day or people like us that flew in early and the lobby was packed with people waiting to catch the shuttle to the cruise port. “Lovely property; all staff were knowledgeable and kind. The bathroom shower did not drain well however, and flooding onto the floor making it extremely slick which could be a major hazard for some travelers. ”

“Overall the property was really good. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great. I would get food before you head there as there really isn’t much in walking distance. The only thing that we disliked. There was a bad odor in our room. And we were suppose to have a handicapped room but it was unavailable. So the room was a bit tight. ”

“Our group was only there one night, lots of people coming and going, for the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest issues, none of the ice makers in the hotel worked, we had a pull out bed and the room was not equipped with any extra blankets/pillows. We ended waiting over 30min for those items to be delivered. ”

“Booked here for proximity to the Cruise terminal and the hotel advertised free included shuttle service. The shuttle service was NOT free by the time we traveled! Shuttle service was sub-par (waited 45 min at the airport before a shuttle was available) ==> use Uber - faster and more convenient.”

“This was a cute little property and it literally felt like an oasis in the middle of the bustling city of Ft. Lauderdale. We needed a place to crash in between key west and a cruise and it was perfect. There was a Jimmy Johns across the street that we ordered delivery from and a Starbucks next door. “The town is too far to walk to nearby Bay Beach and food restaurants.”

“The room was clean and tidy, however a bit stange layout. The shower/toilet door slid between the two. There was a frosted window between the shower and room. Several items were broken. The coffee maker, faucet and shower/toilet door.”
