"Absolutely Stunning location with breathtaking views. The indoor pool and spa facilities are amazing and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are clean, refreshing and peaceful. The location is perfect, quiet but within walking distance (or you can grab a free buggy ride) to Cavtat centre. From there you can jump on a water taxi to Dubrovnik or catch a bus. At night the Piano bar is enigmatic. It’s been a very restful stay!"

"We had the most incredible stay at The Palace Hotel. From arrival to departure, the staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all very hardworking. The hotel itself is modern, well maintained and impeccably clean. Even when there was a large group staying for a conference, staff were as attentive as any other day. Not one member of staff we came across didn’t smile or say hello. Their level of customer service rivals The Savoy and The Ritz in London.The room was spacious with a well placed balcony where you could watch the sunset. The bathroom amenities were excellent, cruelty free and locally sourced. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and the welcome fruit basket and water were excellent, as was the turn down service with quality chocolate treats. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were also both excellent, with complimentary fruit tea available. Breakfast was a feast with foods from around the world. Again, nothing was too much trouble and staff were attentive while allowing you the freedom to enjoy your meal and the beautiful views. Even when clearing tables, they were balancing entire trays of crockery while folding a tablecloth and were consummately professional the entire time. In the foyer there is a lovely bar and you can relax on any of the sofas or seating areas. Afternoon coffee came with complimentary petit fours and evening cocktails with pretzels. Again, the staff were exceptional. Thank you for such a memorable stay. You’re amazing. "

"Absolutely fabiuous hotel. Wonderful situation overlooking the Adriatic and all bedrroms, dining room., lounge, receptioon and even glass lift maximised this view. There is an ordinary lift for those who dont want to use the glass lift with wonderful view . The layout, space and cleanliness of the hotel are splendid. The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful and food was outstanding. Food was delicious and I appreciated the very tasty and healthy options. The buffet spread for breakfast was magnificent. The hotel was only a 15 - 20 minute walk into the old town but is on a bus route. We highly recommend the Bellevue - it is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. "

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ambasador for a quick 2-night stay in Split. The hotel is very modern and situated right up to the boardwalk/west end of the Riva. It was a very convenient location to spend our time walking around town. The morning breakfast service that was included was just what I was hoping for with fresh fruit and juices, gluten free options, and an acai bowl (among other delicious options). They also accommodated plant milk preferences with oat and almond. We opted for a room with a sea view and were so glad we did! It was amazing to be able to look out to Diocletian’s palace and see the activity around town. We also had a chance to enjoy the onsite gym and spa. The gym was small, but had what we needed. They had several stations in the spa to accommodate contrast therapy, with two saunas and various cold stations. The spa was complimentary, but you can opt for a paid treatment service as well. We HIGHLY recommend Hotel Ambasador whenever you’re exploring Split or the surrounding area. Thank you again for the splendid accommodations!"

"Great hotel however they have ongoing works to upgrade parts of the hotel as such the outdoor facilities weren’t fully functional and if they were it was noisy so unable to relax Besides this the property can not be faulted and nor can the staff and service Would have given 5 stars all round had it not been for the ongoing works "
