“시설이 약간 노후된 느낌이어서 약간의 실망을 했지만 그 외나머지 업그레이드, 깨끗함,주변 쇼핑과 먹거리, 호텔앞의 마이애미비치 글구 직원들의 친절함과 컨시어지의 친절함, 적극적으로 문의의 따로 찾아서 알아봐주시고 알려주심에 너무 감동받았어요 컨시어지 덕분에 케네디우주센타에 갈예정이라 했더니 우주로켓 발사 날짜를 알려주셔서 덕분에 발사장면을 볼수있었습니다~”

“Excellent stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful two BR suite on a high floor with ocean views. The service was impeccable throughout. Cleaning service was very thorough and would call to see when we wanted service. The resort location is the best - away from the hustle of South Beach but easy enough to walk to all the great restaurants. Only drawback is adult pool is small and shady - and one elevator of four was out of service during our week. But we had an excellent stay overall, and the beach...

“Super friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our 3 nights there. We had a problem in the room where a few of the floorboards were raised a little causing you to be very careful not to stub or scratch a foot coming and going to the bathroom. While they couldn’t move us to a new room they without delay actually while we were still there offered a discount for the inconvenience which I am very grateful for. They’ve earned our business again when we return. Thank you guys. ”
