“Love the new look”

“We were switched from one of the villas to the Omni Hotel. This was an upgrade because we had an ocean front room. The room was nice, but the resort nickled and dimed us to death which annoyed me. We had to pay $40 a day for valet parking at the hotel or $25 a day to self park in an inconvenient lot. If I have to self park, then the parking should be free. We ended up using the valet because it was a pain to use the garage. I expected a little more from the room itself. The shower leaked and the...

“We had an ocean view room with nice accommodations. We fished on-site and ate at the on-site restaurants. The service and staff were delightful and the grounds were beautiful. Highly recommend this location for families and those wanting to relax and get away.”
