"Hotel limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son pequeñas si lo comparamos con el estándar occidental, pero funcionales y bien organizadas. La ubicación es buena, aunque la caminata hasta la estación de metro (dependiendo de tu paso) toma entre 10 y 15 minutos… y si estás cansado, puede sentirse eterna. Aun así, es una opción práctica y confiable para quedarse en Shinjuku."

"Nice hotel, decent sized rooms, convenient location within a few minutes walk from the train station and bus station, lots of dining options and a 7-11 on the property for whenever you need a quick snack, meal or drink. Also not too far of a train ride to Shibuya, Harajuku and other popular locations. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Sunroute hotel’s staff are great all of them were very friendly and helpful, entrance to metro station is literally next door (at right walking out from hotel, kind of hidden) across the street there is a food court, a coffee shop and a convenience store, great location to walk around, there is also a department store across the hotel, taking the escalator next to the metro station and crossing the pedestrian bridge. "

"Great hotel with all the amenities you need and lovely big rooms. Breakfast buffet was great. Close enough to the train station but not much around the hotel in terms of food/shopping so not super convenient. My only complaint would be that the hotel is situated directly next to a busy motorway and the hotel is not properly soundproofed. We could hear cars passing by all night and were woken up many times by sirens. Otherwise a great stay but not ideal for light sleepers."
