I stayed here five nights total. The first few nights were nice, but night 4 and 5 a large tour group came and the hotel staff only cared about them, prioritizing them above all other guests.
We went to dinner and were told “no openings” by a rude staff member. Another staff member said come by in 30 minutes. We did, but then didn’t even get a menu for 25 minutes after that and she tried to make us sit in a corner near another couple when there were 10 other tables available. We complained, but no one cared. We left.
All of the parking was taken up by the two tour buses; we asked the same staff member (female staff member, older, limited English) what to do and she said “oh” and just shrugged. Too bad!! Another staff member was helpful and moved her car so we could park.
The restaurant staff is quite rude. We wouldn’t stay here again because of this poor service.
If they can’t handle their guests and a tour group, they shouldn’t allow them all to book.
