“The property location is amazing! We live localy so was kinda a quick getway, but i would not stay in high season for $500 a night. It was clean but dated, there were signs stating charges for towels left on floor and various one offs.It was a great deal and convient for what we needed. I would recommend this place to friends. ”

“Staff were unresponsive to messaging as that was their chosen method of communication. Questions went unanswered. Sheets were damp. Too much scented spray of lavender? caused headaches at night. Like sleeping on a perfume bottle. ”

“We visit Cape Cod at least once a year and always stay here. It is cozy and quiet and just across the road from the visitor center. The new owners couldn’t be nicer and make us feel right at home. Why would we stay anywhere else?”

“A wonderfully kept Inn, with an amazing friendly Innkeeper. Beautifully furnished, freshly baked scones served directly to your room, top of line coffees and teas available. Quiet, convenient parking, with short walk to everything Provincetown has to offer. The rooms were A+ with fireplaces and pillow top mattresses. Super clean and tidy. I would absolutely reserve again! ”

“My husband and I stayed here for New Years and my Birthday. It was wonderful. Our room was very quaint, clean, had a cozy fireplace, mini fridge - all the amenities. The Inn owners are extremely friendly, constantly asking if they can do anything for you and know the area very well so always ready to offer a suggestion for a good restaurant or place to get the best fudge, etc. There were always snacks and drinks in the main room. We loved coming back after dinner and the main room's...

“We HIGHLY recommend Joe and Steve's place...the scones are to die for, the rooms immaculate with comfortable beds, the entire place charming and Steve and Joe friendly, helpful hosts. The Inn is in the perfect part of town but just off Commercial st. so very very quiet. I can't think of a thing that would have made the stay better. I hope to visit PTown and Atlantic Inn again.”
