"I loved everything in this hotel. They were friendly and we wanted to drop off our bags at the bell desk to go and look around and they actually let us check in early. They were accommodating to our needs. The bar closes early only down side but the drinks were delicious and the bartender very friendly. "

"This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here when we visit NYC. It’s conveniently located a block from the subway station which made it so easy to visit any part of the city. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour are so convenient when you want a quick and easy breakfast or a little drink and snack before heading out on a NYC journey. The rooms were clean and the pull out sofa gives the perfect little space if you’re traveling with kids or teens. If I could change anything, it would be to have more space in the breakfast area because it’s often hard to find a table. They could also upgrade the quality of the food/drink/snacks, but it’s free so you can’t really complain. "

"Excellent ratio of price and quality. Our room was clean and it was exactly as in the photos. We would stay there again. We got the real New York feeling and had a spacious room with 3 double beds at a fraction of the price of a hotel. "

"Gorgeous hotel! Staff was not very friendly or helpful, but we didn't need much support from them anyhow. The view from the room was incredible and we didn't want to leave it! The area around the hotel was dead/quiet but I'd bet it's more bustling during the rest of the year (we were here around the holidays). Not many late night eating/drinking options close by. "
