“From the second we got there till we left , the staff were all wonderful. The hotel was spotless, the staff was always cleaning !! The beds were pretty nice. They could use a topper and they would be perfect. We had an oceanfront room and it was perfect ! The stairs were not useable, but they were working on them and got them done the 3rd day we were there, which helped a lot ! Breakfast was really good also ! All in all we had a great stay and we will be back !! Thank you to all the staff !! ”

“I really would like a Keurig in my room OR in the community room ...I would bring my own kcups!! The coffee maker in the condo is ancient and makes luke warm coffee...tastes absolutely terrible!!!! This would make out stay alot more enjoyable 😉 we need coffee in the am!!!!”

“We choose this place because it was literally on the beach. The room ws dirty and in need of some repairs. We had no water either until later in the evening. The staff w very nice and when i expressed my disappointment at the condition of the room she told.me there were.new owners and it was being renovated. She also gave me a discount if we wanted to come.back. the view of the ocean and being able to walk from our room to the water was why we stayed. We will come.back after the renovation.”

“The Royal Floridian was perfect and every way I took my family and our three boys down there for a week vacation and it was just absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and just so nice and right on the beach. It was just wonderful. already planning to return next year to make it a family vacation every year”

“The lady at the front desk was really nice. The biggest thing for me was on the third floor it smelled of weed and the room did have a damp smell to it. Overall i would stay here again!”

“Great hotel, only downside breakfast could be better they only offer muffins apples and yogurt I would be nice for a little bit more since it states European breakfast. Other than that hot tub works ,they care how the grounds look will be back ”
