“The room was in good condition and clean. The staff was very friendly. Our room didn't have a TV remote so phoned the office and one was at our door in seconds. My only complaint was that our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, possibly coming through the bathroom vent.”

“I really liked the property but need to fix the commode in room 104 where we stayed. Also start checking the remotes for the TV's. Ours wouldn't work until we bought batteries and changed them then worked great. The continental breakfast was okay but some people can't drink a consistent apple juice and I had a problem with my bowels when I traveled home. I have written before about the cereal and those with sugar coating aren't good choices for those with diabetes so one with sugar coating...

“Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.”

“Overall a good stay at a clean facility. I sometimes have to have some overnight stays for my work, so I generally look for an inexpensive, clean place to stay for the night and don't really use amenities. This facility didn't have any real amenities, but the didn't affect me. I could pick at couple small things (hot water didn't get real hot after running for a while, etc.) but overall, it appeared to be a well kept facility. It had a comfortable bed, all the basics, it was clean and quiet....
