“Loved our stay here. It’s perfectly located to walk to the center of town and the train and launching points for other activities! The staff were lovely including the sweet driver. We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. Had we been a bit more proactive there wouldn’t have been any issues at all. I...

“Dinner가 매우 훌륭함. Ski locker도 편리하게 되어있음. Sauna도 훌륭함. Breakfast는 약간 개선의 여지 있음. Val Thorens에서 매우 좋은 자리에 위치해있음. 제휴호텔의 restaurant는 별로임. WIFI는 일반적인 사용에서는 괜찮으나 YouTube접속은 자주 끊김.”

“Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”

“A truly ski in ski out experience right off Plein Sud chairlift. Val Thorens is breathtaking and the service is unmatched. Breakfast was included and was lovely every morning inside Casa Alta with a view of the slopes. Two turn down services per day and free ski locker with rentals and room reservation. My driver, Florian, was fantastic and was hired by the hotel to pick me up in Geneva, Switzerland. Great rooms and great value. Trip of a lifetime! ”
