"Location is key, opposite Fort Mont Louis, 15 m to ski areas. Hotel accepts dogs. The spa isn't attached, you need to have dressing gown or slippers! Only two changing rooms so easier to go back to room. It's a little tired but early mornings and just after lunch practically empty before the skiiers return! Reception was a little surly but the restaurant menu and staff were excellent. Value for money, don't be put off by the cafe basic entrance. Rooms have been renovated, large king size...

"A beautiful property situated on the shore of a pond in the center of town. The villa is beautifully restored, and the adjacent restaurant has terrific views. The rooms are located in a nearby building. The rooms are modern and snazzy, perhaps a bit too much. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large, but it was difficult, nearly impossible, to close and open the sliding door to the bathroom. By no means a show-stopper, but a bit more thought should have been put into designing the bathroom...

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a good spread with delicious breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. room had a good shower and updated bathroom with a lovely mountain view. "Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing.
