The management a complete disaster; the people on site are trying their best but there is not too much that they can do if the place is not ready for providing the service that they are selling. We stayed a night and survived it (the place was not unsafe but the arrangements were too bad). We'll not stay there knowing what we now know."

"I travel a lot from India to America, passing through all countries of the world.. I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in the last ten years in terms of location, professional hospitality and price.. I highly recommend it and this is the first time I talk about something with this degree of confidence!! I will definitely come back to it and next time I will only book there! It has only one flaw!!! The heating is very weak in the cold season. You have to inform the reception"

"Excellent location, within walking distance of the Kasbah, city tour bus, and the ferry port. The hosts were beyond wonderful and went out of their way to help find alternative travel options after weather-related cancellations, especially when I couldn’t reach the transportation company. The service was highly customizable and personalized. I initially booked because of the location, but I would return for the exceptional hospitality."
