"나쁘진 않으나 가격대비 서비스가 떨어집니다. 물론 하이시즌이라 그럴수 있다고 생각되지만 이태리 여행중 가장 높은 가격의 호텔인데 비해 기대이하였던것은 사실입니다.단체여행을 위해 방문한건데 이곳에서 지내는건 포기했습니다."

"This hotel is well-known in a good location. Overall it is a nice hotel. But it is not up to the expectation for the price and "reputation" . When I arrived in the morning to leave my luggage, the desk person gave me the information about the city bus but did not check the schedule, nor did not call to confirm. So I waited at the station just across the street from the hotel almost an hour. So I returned to the desk and he called the bus office and found that the bus was not running into the station that day because of some special event. When I returned to the hotel, another person at the desk did not give me any information about breakfast , wifi and etc. he said that my luggage was in my room, but it wasn't. Breakfast menu could include more fruit and vegetables. "
