“I loved this resort. It was clean, the staff was friendly, fun and very happy to accommodate. The resort is large and lots of room. The cons….the pool is not heated, it’s very cold. The two speciality restaurants are very difficult to reserve, leaving many to eat in the buffet, which was not good. Our bed was very hard, all staff could offer was more bedding to lay on to help soften it. Housekeeping didn’t get to cleaning our room until after 4pm each day….until I complained and they...

“We liked the property and enjoyed our stay but we found that there were alot of stairs and inclined and declined pathways. Very hard for someone with mobility issues. I need a knee replacement and we found we were to tired after supper to go anywhere. Our jacuzzi tub quit working halfway through the week and the staff went out of there way to fix it for us for the last evening. ”

“Food was excellent, other than poor choice of beverages in mini-bar. Activities were severely lacking. For example, there was a fitness activity at 10 A.M. just once a week. There were no bicycles, no tennis courts, not much to do other than beach volleyball twice a day. One boogie board, when 20 were needed. ”
