"We very much enjoyed the Ancora . The only concern was there is a dog chained up outside next to property and never seen anyone there . His chain was tangled and could barely move for days . We brought it up to the front desk , so hopefully something is being done about it . "

"We liked that the pools were big, beautiful and clean. The beach was quiet and sandy. The staff were friendly. There was space in the condo for 5. We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. The property is fairy new but aging quickly due to weather and poor upkeep. The AC units dripped when used for more than a few hours. We could have used some beach...

"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

"I had an AMAZING stay here! Gaby was super great with helping to get us checked in and settled. The rooms were spacious, modern and had great AC. The rooftop pool was a highlight for me! I also got a massage from Victor while I was staying here. The massage was INCREDIBLE! I was able to relax for my last couple of days. I would recommend staying here for your visit to Puerto Vallarta. And an added bonus is that it’s just across the street from one of the nicest beaches in PV (Playa de Oro). "

"I love the location, the property and the people. Especially the private beach."

"This was a peaceful oasis in a busy place. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with polished concrete floors, a little kitchenette with a full sized fridge, a comfortable couch and bed. The location was excellent to the centre square of the town (less than 5 minute walk). The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic in the beautiful courtyard. The gym is spacious, has relatively new equipment, and is air conditioned. There is also a great view from the gym!"

"This resort is absolutely amazing ! From The moment we arrived the service is over the top. With so much care that goes into customer service. The cooks the servers the bartenders and the golf cart drivers. .if you are looking for a relaxing get away with family , great drinks and food this is the place . Yes it’s small and they are definitely not a party resort . But it’s kinda amazing that way . There are only a few restaurants open and that’s because it’s a small hotel but every item they have available was greatly thought out and had amazing flavor . The activities they had were so fun and involved everyone . You almost became a little family with the other guests . I met awesome people and had a great time . Thank you delta ! I will be back soon. "

"Amazing pool and great customer service. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Great for families. We just didn’t like that you had to be in dry clothes to enter their restaurants which does not make sense as the restaurants are right next to the pool and beach. "
